Since all graphics are made to order, returns and exchanges cannot be offered.
However, there are two exceptions:
1.) Damaged Item: If your item is damaged in shipping, please don't disregard the package.
You will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label to send the item back or you can
email a photo of the damaged package to: firstname.lastname@example.org. A claim for a
damaged packaged will be filed on your behalf and you will be sent a replacement item.
2.) You Receive the Wrong Item: In the rare event that you may be shipped the wrong order,
you will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label and the correct item will be sent to you.
